Our extensive and rigorous academic bilingual program is inspired by the French Education Nationale “Classe maternelle” and follows the New York State academic standards in Early Childhood Education as well. Our programs are divided by age group and ability:

- Mid-Term Break (One (1) week in February 2022 TBD)
- Spring Break (One (1) week in April 2022 TBD)
- Summer Program (Six (6) weeks between July & August 2022 TBD)
Our teachers coming from the United States and overseas have diverse educational backgrounds. They are experienced in teaching children in different types of programs. The teachers joining the VHG Group Daycares and Preschools commit to nurturing students in a bilingual setting with positive reinforcement principles in mind.
At Petits Poussins UES, learning takes place in various ways: listening, singing, drawing, tracing, mimicking, and more. As a bilingual preschool and daycare in the Upper East Side, New York, we value all our children’s “multiple intelligences” and stimulate them with fun yet educational activities in both languages. We adjust our instructions depending on our students’ needs. We understand that each child is unique and learns at his/her own pace. We document each child’s progress and set in motion any reinforcement or special service needed to achieve our learning goals. We believe that each child can succeed academically when given the right tools, and we commit to helping him/her reach his/her full potential.
